This design twist is a nod to our specialist craftsmen who are constantly being tested by us to come up with new innovative ideas whilst not losing our core competency of stunning looking teak furniture. This large bench set allows for plenty of seating on your patio with the chairs and bench being easily movable (with two people) to follow the Sun if needed around the garden. Made of Grade ‘A’ teak means the wood is harvested closest to the core of the tree thus meaning it is the strongest and most mature. Fused together with traditional mortise and tenon joints means each piece is solid and able to withstand many years of use around the home.

Cushions Made In England

Unlike 99% of our competitors we insist on making all the cushions to accompany our teak furniture right here in South Derbyshire. Most are content with cheap foam pads imported from abroad, not us! Adam who has worked for Sloane & Sons for almost 30 years still oversees the cutting and making of the bench, chair and scatter cushions for all of our product ranges. All our cushions come with a concealed zip and are made of Olefin outdoor fabric. We use compressed fibre and not foam for our inserts as they do not absorb water like foam and do not ‘collapse’ over time. Cushions are the final touch for outdoor furniture but are very often ignored.
