They’re quick, easy, and definitely tasty enough to make you forget about the store-bought equivalents!   This BBQ pulled pork burger recipe is the definition of a slow burner, so you’ll want to put the pork on the BBQ a few hours before you’re ready to eat and make it the last thing you take off. Ingredients

For the pulled pork:
    • 1 boneless shoulder of pork (1 – 1.5 kg)
    • 1 tbsp soft brown sugar
    • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
    • Salt and pepper
    • 500 ml apple cider
    • 4 burger buns
For the BBQ sauce:
    • 75 ml apple cider vinegar
    • 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 3 tbsp soft brown sugar
    • ½ teaspoon tabasco
    • 200 ml water
    • 1 heaped teaspoon of paprika
For the coleslaw:
    • 1 red onion, finely sliced
    • 1 small cabbage, shredded
    • 2 carrots, shredded
    • 6 tbsp mayonnaise – homemade is best!
    • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
