All you have to do is wrap the cobs in a double layer of foil to stop them from burning. Simple to put together and even simpler to cook, this BBQ corn on the cob will quickly become a family favourite. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You Will Need:<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100g room temperature butter<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tbsp honey<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tbsp tomato ketchup<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 large garlic cloves, crushed<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 tbsp high quality chilli paste<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Salt &amp; pepper to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6 cobs of corn<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">How To:\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">First, make the butter. Mash the butter, honey, ketchup, garlic and chilli paste together in a bowl, then add as much salt and pepper as you\u2019d like. Beat all these ingredients together until smooth. Leave to the side.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Next, cook the cobs. Wrap each of the corn cobs in a double layer of foil and place on the barbecue. Cook for about 30 &#8211; 35 minutes, turning regularly until each cob is tender and slightly charred. If you\u2019d prefer them to be darker, you can unwrap them from the foil and place directly onto the barbecue for a maximum of five minutes.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Finally, remove the corn cobs from the barbecue and unwrap the foil. Pile the hot cobs onto a plate and serve them with the butter in a separate bowl.
