  • When will my delivery arrive?
  • Our average delivery time is 24 hours from the point of purchase. If ordered before 14:00 your garden bench can be dispatched from our warehouse the same day and delivered to you the following working day. Please note we do not deliver on bank holidays. If you have selected a bank holiday as your delivery date the day for your delivery will roll over to the next working day. Please see below for Saturday delivery details.
  • When will my pre-order arrive?
  • If the garden bench or product is on pre-order you will see in big bold red text under the price on the product page when we can expect the item into our warehouse. You can then select a day for delivery after the day of arrival into us. Please note that if you order a plaque and select our next day service the plaque will follow in the post. We usually take about 3-4 days to produce a plaque. Please bear this in mind if you would prefer the items to arrive together.
  • Can I have a delivery time slot?
  • TNT deliver most of our garden benches to your door between 8:00am and 13.00pm Monday to Friday. However the products are dispatched on an all day service, so this can be up until 18:00pm. You will receive notification via e-mail that your goods have left us with the tracking number. If you have purchased an assembled bench a delivery time slot can be provided. Please do give us a call for more information about assembled benches. Garden bench accessories and cushions will be delivered via Interlink express. Interlink will text you either the morning of (or evening prior) with a one hour delivery window. Please note this is dependent on you providing a mobile number at checkout.
  • Can my item be delivered on a Saturday?
  • A pre mid-day Saturday delivery is available through the website and the surcharge for this is £25.00. Please note that any Saturday AM delivery of a bench will be flat-packed for self-assembly.
  • Can the delivery driver enter my property?
  • TNT or Interlink cannot enter any property for insurance purposes and your delivery will be a “to the door service”. If you live in an apartment building or block of flats then the driver will deliver the box to the external entry door. Should you not be in to take delivery we will instruct the courier to leave the goods in a safe place for you in order to not have to charge a re-delivery charge. Please may we also ask that a signed note is left for the driver with any request you may have.
  • My delivery has arrived damaged, what should I do?
  • In the unlikely event of your product being damaged by the carrier whilst in transit, it is very important that you take action immediately. If you suspect damage has occurred whilst you have the driver/delivery person at your door, you should refuse delivery or ask the driver to wait whilst you unwrap your consignment to check it. If it is not in good order, please telephone us on 01283 576812 immediately as we must report any damage in transit on the same day as the delivery. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in us being unable to uplift and replace your consignment as the time constraints for notification of damage to our carrier expire at the end of the day of that delivery.
  • I would like my item delivered outside of UK Mainland, what should I do?
  • Please contact us directly to discuss deliveries outside of UK Mainland. Delivery charges may be payable so contact us in advance of placing your order. We can advise on delivery lead times and/if any delivery cost is to be payed. Please phone us on 01283576812.
