  • Will my bench arrive assembled?
  • All our garden benches (with the exception of Couples Benches, Banana, Balmoral, Henley, Cambridge, Sandhurst, Lutyens 180 flat arm, non-flat arm and 210) will arrive flat packed for self-assembly. We offer an assembly service on all other benches with an increment of £30 per bench. Please call us in advance of placing your order should you wish for your bench to be assembled. If you require one of our assembled benches urgently (Saturday) please let us know in advance as will dispatch flat-packed in order to meet your urgent requirements.
  • From the date of ordering, how long will delivery take?
  • Next day delivery is available on most benches if ordered before 14:00 hrs. Alternatively you can select a day to suit you up to one month from the day of purchase. If for whatever reason there is a delay with your order we shall contact you prior to dispatch via the e-mail address you provided us with.
  • Will you contact me regarding the delivery date?
  • Prior to your delivery date, you will receive a shipping email confirmation.
  • Do you deliver at the weekend?
  • We can offer a Saturday morning AM delivery. A surcharge of £25.00 will apply to this service. You can select this option at point of checkout.
  • How will the bench be packed and delivered?
  • The bench will be cardboard wrapped, then covered with high density polythene for water resistant protection. The bench will be placed in a cardboard box and sealed to deliver via our TNT Express one man delivery service. Should your bench be assembled, the product will be delivered to your door by Palletforce on a pallet.
  • Do you deliver in my area?
  • We deliver to all mainland UK at the price quoted on the website - there will be a small surcharge for highlands and islands and an additional lead time of 48 hours.
  • Does the price quoted include VAT?
  • Yes. VAT is included in the sale price of all of our products.
  • Are there any other charges for me to consider?
  • No. There are no hidden charges.
  • Where can I sit on the bench before I buy it?
  • You may wish to visit our warehouse at Lancaster Park in Staffordshire where we would be happy to assign a member of staff to assist you with your purchase. Please let us know prior to coming so we can ensure we have the product available to view.
  • Will my details be shared with other companies?
  • Absolutely not. Your personal details will remain within our system and will not be shared with any third parties.
  • Am I able to discuss my order with your company?
  • Yes. Please use the contact telephone number on the GardenBenches.Com website (01283 576812). All members of our team will be able to access details of your order and are fully conversant with all the garden benches we have on our website.
  • If I have a technical question, will your staff be able to help me?
  • Yes. Our designers are based within our office complex and are able to fully explain any technical details that you may want to inquire about.
  • How should I store my outdoor Teak furniture?
  • GardenBenches.Com grade A teak is manufactured for use and storage outside in the fresh air over all seasons. We would advise that all teak products purchased from GardenBenches.Com be stored outside and definitely not in a garage or within a house as outdoor teak is not conduccive to storage in domestic residences.
